The workshop is the 3rd of a series of three weekly workshops produced in Skopje (March 2011) and Tirana (May 2011) with the aim of bringing together emerging filmmakers from the Balkan region to respond to the issue of ‘crisis’ by means of the moving image. The screening of the films emerging from the workshops is taking place in the context of the Balkans Beyond Borders short film festival, Athens edition, June 20 – 22, 2011.
